TERMS & CONDITIONS
A >sudo challenge weekend, henceforth referred to as 'the Event', is a hackathon challenge held in Cambridgeshire, UK.
The organisers of >sudo challenge weekends, henceforth referred to as ‘the Organisers’, refer to any individuals involved in the organisation of the Event in any capacity.
The premises of any >sudo challenge weekend, henceforth referred to as ‘the Premises’, are the locations at which the Event is held.
‘Terms and Conditions’ or ‘Agreement’ will refer to these Terms and Conditions, including all of their provisions.
Your registration through Eventbrite grants you access to the Event. Other costs associated with your attendance (including travel and accommodation expenses) shall be borne solely by you. Some travel or hardware reimbursements may be given but this is solely down to the discretion of the Organisers of the Event.
All attendees of the Event must be at least 18 years of age.
The Organisers reserve the right to change any aspect of the Event as they see fit, including but not limited to, the Event name, themes, content, programme, speakers, location, hosts, judges and time.
Attendees and participants own all intellectual property they produce at the Event and no sponsors or Organisers will make a claim to Intellectual Property of their products or creations.
Use of Likeness
By attending the Event you acknowledge and agree to grant the Organisers the right to record, film, photograph, or capture your likeness in any media and to distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise disseminate such media without any further approval from you or any payment to you. This grant to the Organisers includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit such media, the right to use the media alone or together with other information, and the right to allow others to use or disseminate the media.
The Organisers and other personnel at the Event including security, volunteers and staff of the Premises reserve the right to remove you from the Event if it is determined that your behaviour is disruptive, unethical or affects the enjoyment of the Event by other attendees.
